4. Platform Scope and Operational Structure
We are committed to absolute transparency regarding our operational framework:
- Brokerage Services & Copy Trading: The Company provides trading services and automated copy trading functionality through the platform. Clients independently select the signal providers they wish to follow, review their audited trading histories, determine the copying proportion and choose whether to set maximum loss limits using the available platform settings. By activating the service, the Client authorizes the automatic opening, modification and closing of positions based on the selected provider’s trading activity and the Client’s settings, without further confirmation for each transaction.
If the Client has insufficient available funds or margin to open a copied position, that position will not be opened. If a selected signal provider ceases to operate or transmit signals, no further signals will be received or copied from that provider. Existing positions will remain open unless closed through the platform’s applicable controls or account settings.
Clients remain responsible for selecting and monitoring their providers and settings. Stopping the copying service does not necessarily close existing positions. Maximum loss limits are not guaranteed and may be exceeded in adverse market or execution conditions.
The Client’s profits and losses may differ from those of the selected signal provider depending on the copying proportion and account settings. Increasing the copying proportion increases exposure and may amplify both profits and losses. Market conditions, slippage, available margin and delays between the provider’s execution and the corresponding execution in the client's account may also result in different prices and outcomes.
Audited trading histories do not guarantee future performance or prevent losses.
- Fund Management & Accounts: All client funds and trading activities are managed securely and directly by The company as your broker. We maintain proper client fund safeguards and operate fully as your financial trading provider.
If the Client has insufficient available funds or margin to execute a copied trade, that trade will not be executed. If a selected signal provider ceases to operate or transmit signals, no further trades will be copied from that provider. Existing open positions will remain subject to the applicable account settings and the Client’s management.
- Available Markets: Our platform interface facilitates direct access to a broad range of financial instruments, including Foreign Exchange (Forex), Contracts for Differences (CFDs), commodities, indices, and cryptoassets.
- Absence of Financial Advice: We supply the brokerage framework and trading technology while users retain sole responsibility for their trading decisions. We do not offer personalized financial, investment, or tax guidance. Trading involves substantial financial risk, and historical performance by any trader does not guarantee future outcomes.
